If you want an OS X dock in XP then here's RKLauncher. So far, this is the best XP dock I've tried. Another one of these docks is Object Dock. One of the reasons I like this one is that it comes with some cool docklets; including: a clock, the weather, and a built-in search. A drawback of Object Dock is that it has to be installed; RKLauncher on the other hand, doesn't. You just click on the file and it opens.
Everything else between these two docks is pretty much the same; they have the same settings as every other Windows dock out there (position, tranparency, etc.). So my choice for now is RKLauncher>>Download it now.
